Ingredients used in the formulation shall be listed in the TSCA Inventory of existing chemical substances. NOTE: 1) Exclude pesticide, food, cosmetic etc. which is regulated by other federal laws. 2) Chemical substance or mixture shall be either NOT subjected to TSCA or meet all applicable rules or orders under TSCA. 3) If a product contains “new chemical” (i.e. not listed in the TSCA inventory of existing chemical substances), registration for the new chemical is required which will be the vendor’s responsibility. |
